The buyer transfers the amount to Fared's verified corporate account, where it is held until the transfer process completes.

Ownership transfer
The plate is transferred via the Absher platform within 72 hours, then funds are released to the seller. If it fails, the buyer is refunded in full.
Important: Fared's fee is 3% of the plate value plus a 50
plate shipping fee — paid by both the buyer and the seller.
Separately, the buyer covers the government transfer fee of 1,030,
which is paid to the relevant government authority and does not go to Fared.
There is no charge for listing a plate or browsing auctions.

If the transfer is not completed within 72 hours of the deal being confirmed, the buyer is refunded in full with nothing deducted.

How do I sell my distinguished plate on Fared?
Download the Fared app, tap "Add plate", enter the plate letters and numbers, its type, city and asking price, and enable "negotiable" if you want to receive offers. Your plate goes live to thousands of interested buyers immediately, and offers arrive inside the app.
What are the selling fees on Fared?
Fared charges 3% of the plate value plus a 50 plate shipping fee, added on completion of the deal. Both the buyer and the seller pay these fees.
Separately, the buyer covers the government transfer fee of 1,030, which is paid to the relevant government authority and does not go to Fared.

Open the auctions section in the app, choose the plate you want, and place your bid before the countdown ends. You get instant notifications when you are outbid, and when the auction closes the winner moves straight to secure payment.
